Special Notes
Pet Sitting and Boarding Late Scheduling Fee
$25 late fee when scheduling within 10 days of the start day for stays that include a holiday period.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for daycare cancellations or the full daycare fee will be charged. Boarding cancellations must have 24 hours advance notice, 3 days around most holidays and 10 days minimum notice for Thanksgiving through New Year’s or be charged 50% for any space we cannot fill on short notice.
